Feminism, The Vietnam War and the Vietnam Veteran

Homecoming for the Vietnam Veteran:
The general political and military strategy that Bolsheviks (communists) and feminists have used and are currently using are: 1. Terrorism (political correctness in the USA-Political, economic, social, cultural, and legal discrimination and oppression of individuals and/or groups that oppose their totalitarian means and ends) (the oppression and discrimination against returning Vietnam Veterans, for example); 2. Political indoctrination ( for example, the many women's study groups, clubs, and political organizations in universities, in government, and otherwise); and, 3. Sustained guerilla warfare (in many forms-political, economic, cultural, legal) against the Caucasian European male culture (affirmative action-for example)(the support of the Stalinist North Vietnamese Communists by leading feminists, for example). "General Giap had studied the military teachings of Mao Zedong, who wrote that political indoctrination, terrorism and sustained guerrilla warfare were prerequisites for a successful revolution." 1.

Long Quote

According to the U.S. Department of Labor, the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustments Assistance Act of 1974 (VEVRAA) states, "A Vietnam era veteran is a person who 1. served on active duty for a period of more than 180 days, any part of which occurred between August 5, 1964 and May 7, 1975, and was discharged or released with other than a dishonorable discharge. 2. was discharged or released from active duty for a service connected disability if any part of such active duty was performed between August 5, 1964 and May 7, 1975. 3. served on active duty for more than 180 days and served in the Republic of Vietnam between February 28, 1961 and May 7, 1975." 2.

End of Long Quote

A Vietnam Veteran, therefore, is a member of the U.S. military who actually served in country in Vietnam while a Vietnam Era Veteran may not have actually served in the U.S. Military in Vietnam. 3.
The following is the URL of an Amazon web site that describes the book by Bob Greene entitled: "Homecoming: When the Soldiers returned from Vietnam."  http://www.amazon.com/Homecoming-When-Soldiers-Returned-Vietnam/dp/0399133860. 4.
In this book, the extremely hostile reception that many returning Vietnam Veterans received when they returned to the USA from Vietnam is described in letters written by Vietnam Veterans, themselves.
Some of the those that wrote letters contained in this book, although a definite minority, asserted that Vietnam Veterans did not experience a hostile reception when the returned to the USA from Vietnam. However, the vast majority of those who wrote the letters which were included in this book asserted that Vietnam veterans experienced an extremely hostile reception from the American public when they returned home from Vietnam to the USA.
However, the "political correctness" and "Cultural Marxist" movements dictated that both the War in Vietnam and returning Vietnam Veterans would be the targets of those who supported and promulgated those movements which have as their fundamental basis not political reform but a form Bolshevik "Cultural Marxist"  political revolution supported and enforced by "political correctness".
In this same book, many, if not most, of those who wrote asserting that Vietnam Veterans did not receive a hostile reception openly asserted that they were anti-war activists and/or expressed personal contempt for those who asserted that, indeed, Vietnam Veterans experienced a hostile reception.
This indicates to me that those individuals asserting that Vietnam Nam veterans did NOT receive a hostile reception upon their return to the USA were intentionally lying about the same based upon political reasons and /or upon personal malice directed towards Vietnam Veterans in order to promulgate a form of "historical revisionism" which would cast a more favorable light on the anti-war cause.
The book does not attempt to describe in detail the wide spread covert forms of discrimination against Vietnam Veterans . This anti-Vietnam Veteran hostility was closely associated with both the violent misandric and "politically correct" Bolshevik  "Cultural Marxist" revolutions that were instigated during that period.
The book, also, correctly addressed the fact that many female Vietnam Veterans, who sacrificed so much for their nation and the cause of freedom through their service in Vietnam, were subjected to the same type of vilification and discrimination that male returning Vietnam Veterans were subjected to.
These women Vietnam Veterans deserve our thanks and support as much as male Vietnam Veterans.
However, during the War in Vietnam, there were 47,369 male casualties vs 74 women casualties-Dept. of Defense. 5.
"More than 58, 000 US personnel died as a result of the conflict". 6
The fact that the U.S. government and the U.S. Congress did not issue a formal declaration of war against North Vietnam indicates a lack of reasonable support for those American servicemen fighting that war and a lack of respect for these same men.
The failure to issue a formal declaration of war by the US Congress, set the premises for the eventual defeat of the US and Allied military and other efforts in South Vietnam.
If a formal declaration of war had been made by the USA, indicating a firm and resolute commitment to victory in as efficient and efficacious manner as possible,   the USA and it's allies, in my opinion, could have been victorious over North Vietnam and in South Vietnam within about one year.
"For the United States,  Article One, Section Eight of the  Constitution says " Congress shall have power to ... declare War" . 7.
My squad leader in Vietnam actually developed severe PTSD  as a result of the hostile reception that he received when he returned to " the world".
He complained to me, while crying, that this hostile treatment had caused his severe PTSD. He told me that he did not understand why he was treated in such a hostile and discriminatory manner. He was wounded several times in action in Vietnam. He died of complications related to the same PTSD many years ago.
Our nation, the Veterans Administration, and the American people should realize that this mistreatment of returning Vietnam Veterans will make it much more unlikely that American men will accept involuntary military service, the military draft, under any circumstances.
To my knowledge, the American government did nothing to defend returning Vietnam Veterans from either the overt and/or covert forms of insult, intimidation, and/or discrimination that Vietnam Veterans faced upon their return to the USA from Vietnam.
In fact, many laws were passed at  the Federal and/or State levels which promulgated, either intentionally or unintentionally, discrimination towards Vietnam Veterans (and Caucasian men in general)  in employment, education, and/or otherwise.
There were both overt (spitting and name calling, for example) and covert (employment and educational, for example) forms of discrimination against returning Vietnam Veterans.
However, the covert forms of discrimination against Vietnam veterans was codified into law and practice in the form of affirmative action in employment and education which resulted in discrimination against Vietnam Veterans (and Caucasian men in general) , a myriad of other laws, a myriad of judicial rulings, a myriad of governmental executive actions, a myriad of governmental agency rulings, and actions in the private sector which mirrored the aforementioned. This unjust discrimination in employment, education, and otherwise, as described previously in this book, for women and minorities and others, who for the most part, were not subject to mandatory military service, the military draft, was first instituted at this time further emphasizing and exemplifying the unjust oppression, discrimination, and vilification that returning Vietnam veterans faced not only as veterans but, also, as men who were vilified  and stereotyped as the ultimate representatives of the "politically incorrect".
Veterans employment preference laws had and still have no efficacious enforcement provisions making them, rather than a means to reward the returning veteran for his military duty and compensating him for the economic sacrifices associated with military service, a means to promulgate both overt and covert discrimination against the same.
These Veterans Employment Preference laws required the Vietnam Veteran to identify himself as such on employment applications.
The fact that these Federal and State Veterans Employment Preference laws had no efficacious enforcement provisions nor any Federal or State agency to assertively enforce the same while affirmative action laws had very strict enforcement provisions and a myriad of private and public agencies which would aggressively and assertively enforce the same had the effect of promulgating wide spread discrimination against returning Vietnam Veterans.
These same oppresive and discriminatory laws are in effect today; and, today's military veterans have to face the discrimination associated with the same. The same represents a confirmation of and further exemplifies  the overt and covert forms of discrimination which Vietnam veterans and other veterans faced and are still facing.
Charles W. Heckman's online article , "Systemic Discrimination Against Veterans", describes how the returning Vietnam Veteran faced significant systemic discrimination in employment. The following is a partial quotes from the same Heckman article:

Long Quote

"Systematic discrimination in the employment of Vietnam Era veterans has created a cohort of men who are disproportionately destitute, homeless, beset by physical and mental problems, and increasingly vulnerable to premature death.  This national disgrace parallels the emergence of self-proclaimed sovereign immunity on the part of governmental agencies that were once tasked with the responsibility of implementing laws that gave employment preference to veterans, and which were supposed to adjudicate fairly the complaints of applicants who alleged being denied employment because of unlawful discrimination.  In the account that follows, highly-decorated former Air Force pilot Charles W. Heckman recounts his bitter experiences with government agencies that acted in bad faith and in open defiance of laws governing the hiring of veterans for governmental positions.  Heckman's essay is a prologue to his forthcoming book that will detail the outrageous treatment of those who were willing to sacrifice their lives for the sake of the American values we cherish and the freedoms we all enjoy.  It is a tale fraught with danger over what our country is becoming. " "About half-a-million Vietnam Era veterans have been killed by prolonged destitution caused by employment discrimination..."-- Charles W. Heckman   8.

The following is the URL of an online article by Tyler Cowen entitled "Being a Draftee during the Vietnam War also hurt your descendants": 9.

https://marginalrevolution.com/marginalrevolution/2016/01/being-drafted-during-the-vietnam-war-also-hurt-your-descendents.html

The following is a partial quote from the same:

"A decade after their military service, white veterans of the draft were earning about 15 percent less than their peers who didn’t serve, according to studies from MIT economist Josh Angrist.
Now, new research suggests that the draft did more than dim the prospects of that earlier generation: The children of men with unlucky draft numbers are also worse off today. They earn less and are less likely to have jobs, according to a draft of a report from Sarena F. Goodman, an economist with the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, and Adam Isen, an economist at the Treasury Department. (A copy was released by the Fed in December, but research does not reflect the opinions of the government.)
The researchers have not nailed down how, exactly, any of this is happening, nor why the disadvantage appears to be over twice as potent for sons than for daughters. But the work is valuable for showing how the circumstances of one’s parents can have lasting repercussions. This is one way that inequality persists through the generations."

The great hostility towards returning Vietnam Veterans translated into pervasive discrimination against Vietnam Veterans in employment, education, and otherwise along with the passage of laws which had the effect of discriminating against Vietnam Veterans inclusive of "Affirmative Action" laws.
The aforementioned adverse effect on the employment, careers, and educational opportunities of returning Vietnam Veterans is, generally, strongly contradicted by many Veterans groups, governmental agencies, the MSM, and liberal organizations who assert that the same never existed.
This is, in effect, a great cover up for the significant general adverse effect on the careers and life goals of Vietnam Veterans which returning Vietnam Veterans faced.

The following is the URL of an online article entitled: "Lifetime Earnings and the Vietnam Era Draft Lottery; Evidence from Social Security Records" 10.:

https://sites.duke.edu/niou/files/2011/06/Angrist_lifetime-earningsmall.pdf

It was published by the American Economic Association on 1-6-2011.

It asserts that the life time earnings of white Vietnam Veterans were significantly less than their non-veteran counter parts.
However, it is possible that this same study did not take into consideration the fact that career Vietnam Veteran officers and non-commissioned officers were not affected by the political, legal, social, and cultural forces which caused this discrepancy resulting in this difference in earning being understated significantly.
It does not address the possibility that both overt and covert forms of discrimination based upon gender, race, and Vietnam Veteran status played a significant factor in the difference in earnings. It is highly likely, especially given other related studies on how affirmative action and other laws adversely effected the earnings of white men, that these factors played an important role in the difference in life time earnings.
Of course, the American political establishment and the American military adamantly assert that Vietnam Veterans were not adversely economically effected by their military service. However, this and other studies assert that white Vietnam Veterans lifetime earnings were significantly adversely effected by their military service.
Perhaps, if there was a reasonable relationship between the right to vote and military service, the selfish and predatory political treachery towards returning Vietnam veterans which the aforementioned implies will not occur again to other returning military veterans.

The aforementioned will and has resulted in significantly fewer American men willing to serve in the U.S. Military through voluntarily or through mandatory involuntary military service, the military draft. The following is a partial quote in support of the aforementioned from an online Time.com article by Nolan Feeney dated June 29, 2014 entitled " Pentagon: 7 in 10 Youths Would Fail to Qualify for Military Service":
" Only 1% of  young people are both 'eligible and inclined to have conversation with' the military about possible service, according to the Defense Department. 'The quality of people willing to serve has been declining rapidly,' Major General Allen Batschelet, the U.S. Army Recruiting Command's commanding general, told the WSJ." 11.
The Vietnam war was the last American war with conscription, the Military Draft.  The revolutionary era in the U.S.A. of the 1960's and 1970's marked the period in which the Vietnam War was lost not by the U.S. Military and it's allies in Vietnam but by the political treachery of the new political establishment in the USA brought into political power by feminists (many of whom were, in fact communists, communist sympathizers, or associated with communists), "civil rights" activists (with notable exceptions) (many of whom were communists, communist sympathizers, or associated with communists, communists, communist dupes), peace activists, genuine pacifists, and Americans who were misinformed about the means and ends of this war.
The American press and the press of the world were under these same subversive influences with the result that the same became extremely biased in their reporting both against the allied military effort in Vietnam and the American and allied military forces which were actually in Vietnam.  Many of these anti-war groups were directly or indirectly funded and controlled by the Soviet KGB! THE KGB REFERRED TO THIS CAMPAIGN AS A "DISINFORMATION" CAMPAIGN DIRECTED NOT ONLY AT SUBVERTING THE WAR EFFORT IN VIETNAM BUT, ALSO,  AT DEFAMING THE U.S. and Allied Military Forces in Vietnam as barbaric, unethical, and criminal. Thus, the feminist, anti-war, and "civil rights" movement (with notable exceptions) adopted both the means and ends of communist revolution including that of instituting a political revolution in the U.S.A., promulgating a communist victory in Vietnam, demonizing and defaming the American military in Vietnam and Vietnam Veterans, demonizing and defaming Caucasian men,  and promulgating political, economic, and social oppression against  Vietnam veterans and Caucasian men as communist "oppressor" classes!  The negative defamatory depiction of Vietnam Veterans was a part of a calculated effort to promulgate the communist victory in Vietnam, political revolution in the US,  and feminist and other reactionaries goals in furtherance of the destruction of traditional Constitutional republican concepts with their replacement with those authoritarian, Orwellian, and Machiavellian concepts discussed elsewhere in this book. "
As stated in the chapter on Feminist Extremism and Misandry,McElroy stated that  "a new ideology has come to the forefront...radical or gender, feminism," one that has joined hands with [the] political correctness movement that condemns the panorama of western civilization as sexist and racist: the product of 'dead white males'. " 12.
Misandry is the hatred or dislike of men or boys. 13.

Long Quote

"In a recent book, "Red Feminism: American  Communism and the Making of Women's Liberation", (2002) feminist historian Weigand states: "ideas, activists and traditions that emanated from the Communist movement of the forties and fifties continued to shape the direction of the new women's movement of the 1960s and later."
In fact, Weigand, a lecturer at Smith College, shows that modern feminism is a direct outgrowth of American Communism.  There is nothing that feminists said or did in the 1960's-1980's that wasn't prefigured in the CPUSA of the 1940's and 1950's.  Many second-wave feminist leaders were "red diaper babies," the children of Communists.
Communists pioneered the political and cultural analysis of woman's oppression. They originated women's studies, and advocated public daycare, birth control, abortion and even children's rights. They forged key feminist concepts such as "the personal is the political" and techniques such as "consciousness raising."
---Communist women formalized a sophisticated Marxist analysis of the "woman question."  The books In Women's Defense ( 1940) by Mary Inman, Century of Struggle (1954) by Eleanor Flexner and The Unfinished Revolution (1962) by Eve Merriam recorded women's oppression and decried sexism in mass culture and language. For example, Mary Inman argued that " manufactured femininity" and "overemphasis on beauty" keeps women in subjection."
"Feminism's roots in Marxist Communism explain a great deal about this curious but dangerous movement. It explains:
A. Why the "woman's movement" hates femininity and imposes a political-economic concept like "equality" on a personal, biological and mystical relationship.
B. Why the "women's movement" also embraces equality of race and class.
C. Why they want a revolution ('transformation") and have a messianic vision of a gender-less utopia.
D. Why they believe human nature is infinitely malleable and can be shaped by indoctrination and coercion.
E. Why they engage in endless, mind-numbing theorizing, doctrinal disputes and factionalism.
F. Why truth for them is a "social construct" defined by whomever has power; and, appearances are more important than reality.
G. Why they reject God, nature and scientific evidence in favor of their political agenda.
H. Why they refuse to debate, don't believe in free speech, and suppress dissenting views.
I.  Why they behave like a quasi-religious cult or like the Red Guard.
It is hard to escape the conclusion that feminism is Communism by another name. Having failed to peddle class war, Communism promoted gender conflict instead. The "diversity" and the "multicultural" movements represent feminism's attempt to forge "allegiances" by empowering gays and " people of color." Thus, the original CPUSA trio of "race, gender and class" is very much intact but class conflict was never a big seller.
The term "politically correct" originated in the Russian Communist Party in the 1920's. It's usage in America today illustrates the extent to which society has been subverted. Feminist activists are mostly Communist dupes. The Communist goal is to destroy Western Civilization, which is dedicated to genuine diversity (pluralism), individual liberty  and equal opportunity ( but not equal  outcomes).
We have seen this destruction in the dismantling of the liberal arts curriculum and tradition of free speech and inquiry at our universities.  We have seen this virus spread to government, business, the media and the military.  This could only happen because the financial elite, in fact, sponsors Communism." 14.

End of Long Quote

Cultural Marxism, of which feminism is an inherent part, is often supported by and sponsored by "monopoly capitalists".
"Political Correctness" has dulled and regimented our cultural life.
The following is an example of "political correctness":

Long Quote

"Recently here in Winnipeg, Betty Granger, a conservative school trustee referred to house price increases due to "the Asian invasion."
Granger was pilloried mercilessly in the press.  People sent hate letters and dumped garbage on her lawn.
At a School Board meeting, the Chairman acknowledged that she is not a racist. He acknowledged that Asians have married into her family. Nonetheless, Granger was censured because, and I quote, "appearances are more important than reality." This slippage from the mooring of objective truth is the hallmark of Communism.
The atmosphere of the meeting was charged. Mild mannered Canadians, all champions of "tolerance"  behaved like wild dogs ready to tear apart an wounded rabbit. Betty Granger repented and voted in favor of her own censure."
These rituals of denunciation and contrition, typical of Stalinist Russian or Maoist China, are becoming commonplace in America. They are like show trials designed to frighten everyone into conforming. We have "diversity officers"  and "human rights commission" and sensitivity training" to uphold feminist shibboleths. They talk about "discrimination" but they freely discriminate against white heterosexual men and feminine women. They use the charge of "sexual harassment" to fetter male-female relations and purge their opponents.
In 1980, three women in Leningrad produced 10 typewritten copies of a feminist magazine called Almanac. The KGB shut down the magazine and deported the women to West Germany. In the USSR, feminism has largely been for export. According to Professor Weigand, her "book provides evidence to support the belief that at least some Communists regard the subversion of the gender system [in America] as an integral part of the larger fight to overturn capitalism."
In conclusion, the feminist pursuit of " equal rights" is a mask for an invidious Communist agenda.  The Communist MO has always been deception, infiltration and subversion. The goals are the destruction of western civilization and the creation of a new world order run by monopoly capital." 15.

End of Long Post

Again, "Cultural Marxism", of which feminism is an inherent part, often has the financial and political support of "monopoly capitalist" individuals and organizations.
"Kate Weigand's Red Feminism  demonstrates that the Communist agenda is alive and well and living under an assumed name." 16.
Women Opposing the Vietnam War

Long Quote

"Women were a large part of the antiwar movement, even though they were largely relegated to second-class status within the antiwar organizations.  Sara Evans’ Personal Politics details the sexism women faced within opposition groups such as the SNCC and the SDS. Leaders of such groups often viewed women as sex objects or secretaries, not actual thinkers who could contribute positively and tangibly to the group’s goals. Others believed that women could not truly understand and join the antiwar movement because they were unaffected by the military draft.  Women involved in opposition groups disliked the romanticism of the violence of both the war and the antiwar movement that was common amongst male war protestors. Despite the inequalities, participation in various antiwar groups allowed women to gain experience with organizing protests and crafting effective antiwar rhetoric. These newfound skills combined with their dislike of sexism within the opposition movement caused many women to break away from the mainstream antiwar movement and create or join women’s antiwar groups, such as Another Mother for Peace, Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF), and Women Strike for Peace also known as Women For Peace. Female soldiers serving in Vietnam joined the movement to battle the war and the sexism, racism, and established military bureaucracy by writing articles for antiwar and antimilitary newspapers.
Mothers and older generations of women joined the opposition movement as advocates for peace and as people opposed to the effects of the war and the draft on the generation of young men.  These women saw the draft as one of the most disliked parts of the war machine and sought to undermine the war itself through undermining the draft. Another Mother for Peace and  WSP (Women Strike for Peace) often held free draft counseling centers to give young men legal and illegal methods to oppose the draft. Members of Women For Peace showed up at the White House every Sunday for 8 years from 11 to 1 for a peace vigil. Such female antiwar groups often relied on maternalism, the stereotype of women as peaceful caretakers of the world, to express and accomplish their goals. The government often saw middle-aged women involved in such organizations as the most dangerous members of the opposition movement because they were ordinary citizens who quickly and efficiently mobilized.
Many women in America sympathized with the Vietnamese civilians affected by the war and thus joined the opposition movement. They protested the use of napalm, a highly flammable jelly weapon created by Dow Chemical Company and used as a weapon during the war, by boycotting Saran Wrap, another product made by the company.
Faced with the sexism of the antiwar movement, New Left, and Civil Rights Movement, some women created their own organizations to establish true equality of the sexes. Some of frustrations of younger women became apparent during the antiwar movement: they desired more radical change and decreased acceptance of societal gender roles than older women activists. Female activists’ disillusion with the antiwar movement led to the formation of the Women’s Liberation Movement to establish true equality for American women in all facets of life. 17.

Examples of AntiWar Organizations

Long Quote

"Committee for Non-Violent Action (CNVA) – radical pacifist organization that "blended philosophical anarchism with Gandhian pacifism." The organization used civil disobedience in direct action against military action.  Committee for Sane Nuclear Policy (SANE) – liberal international organization that was founded in 1957 by a group of nuclear pacifists. They attempted to increase public opinion in favor of their cause in an attempt to influence policy makers to halt atmospheric nuclear testing and reversing the arms race and the Cold War.  Another committee was called SNCC – Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee.  Black Women Enraged – a Harlem antiwar movement.  National Black Anti-War Anti-Draft Union (NBAWADU) – led by Gwen Patton and formed from black members of SNCC and socialist parties.  National Black Draft Counselors (NBDC) – led by Pat Berg and created to help young black men avoid being drafted.  Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF) – founded in 1919 after World War I and provided women with an early entry into the antiwar movement.  The League of Women Voters – founded in 1920, was one of the first groups to call for an end to military involvement in Vietnam.  Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur – popularized the use of kneel-ins and prayer to end the war and stop its escalation.   Vietnam Veterans Against the War  American Writers and Artists Against the War in Vietnam  Americans for Democratic Action]  FTA – a group whose initials either stand for Free the Army or Fuck the Army, depending on the situation, was led by Jane Fonda and Donald Sutherland.  [51]  Clergy and Laymen Concerned about Vietnam (CALCAV)  WIN (Workshop in Nonviolence) Magazine—editors and staff included Maris Cakars, Marty Jezer, Paul Johnson, Susan Kent Cakars and Tad Richards. Published authors such as Grace Paley, Barbara Deming, Andrea Dworkin and Abbie Hoffman.  Traditional peace groups like Fellowship of Reconciliation, American Friends Service Committee, the War Resistors League, and the Catholic Workers Movement, got involved in the antiwar movement as well.  Various committees and campaigns for peace in Vietnam came about, including Campaign for Disarmament, Campaign to End the Air War, Campaign to Stop Funding the War, Campaign to Stop the Air War, Catholic Peace Fellowship, and Central Committee for Conscientious Objectors." 18.

End of Long Quote

The following is a partial quote from an article written by Paul Roebling entitled: "Anti-Vietnam War Protestors: Still with Us, Still Committing Genocide":

Long Quote

"Yuri Andropov, head of the Soviet KGB (secret police) from 1967 to 1982, was responsible for what he called the Soviet dezinformatsiya war against the United States in which millions of dollars were funneled to front organizations in the United States to discredit American goals during the Vietnam War.  Lt. General Ion Mihai Pacepa was the highest ranking Soviet intelligence official to defect to the United States. In a Wall Street Journal article on August 7, 2007 General Pacepa detailed the manner in which the Soviet KGB duped hippie/Marxist/liberal Americans into working for the Soviet KGB. The following is a quote from that article:
"During the Vietnam War we spread vitriolic stories around the world, pretending that America's presidents sent Genghis Khan-style barbarian soldiers to Vietnam who raped at random, taped electrical wires to human genitals, cut off limbs, blew up bodies and razed entire villages. Those weren't facts.  They were our tales, but some seven million Americans ended up being convinced their own president, not communism, was the enemy. As Yuri Andropov, who conceived this dezinformatsiya war against the United States used to tell me, people are more willing to believe smut than holiness." "The final goal of our anti-American offensive was to discourage the United States from protecting the world against communist terrorism and expansion. Sadly, we succeeded. After United States forces precipitously pulled out of Vietnam, the victorious communists massacred some two million people in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia (the genocide for which the anti-Vietnam War protesters were responsible). Another million tried to escape, but many died in the attempt (the Vietnamese boat people). This tragedy also created a credibility gap between America and the rest of the world, damaged the cohesion of American foreign policy, and poisoned domestic debate in the United States."  19.

The following is an additional partial quote from the same:
"Hippie, Marxist liberals in the United States consider themselves to be intellectually superior to ordinary Americans. The Soviets called the hippie Marxist liberals protesting the Vietnam War, "useful idiots."  20.
Thus, based upon Communist KGB directives, communist theory, feminist misandry, and Machiavellian feminist opportunism, feminists and their supporters targeted Vietnam Veterans for persecution, defamation, and discrimination. With the backing of many "civil rights" organizations (but not all), the American Press and communications industry, the new political establishment put into place by feminists and other political revolutionaries, and ordinary American citizens who had been duped into following the totalitarian concepts of feminist and Marxist dogma and propaganda, this unprincipled and oppressive pogrom against returning Vietnam Veterans was successfully executed.
The essential idea, of course, was to destroy those that opposed Marxist concepts, totalitarian feminist principles, and those who supported those republican concepts inherent in the U.S. Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution.
This pogrom against Vietnam Veterans served as a model, not only in the U.S.A., but through out the world for feminist pogroms against men in general and those men in particular which exhibited, overtly or covertly, those male virtues which are requisite for republican principles and free civil societies to exist and prosper.  The extent of the social, political, cultural, economic and psychological damage to returning Vietnam Veterans has never been subject to an extensive study as the political and feminist establishment responsible for the same wishes, as in all pogroms, to disguise and hide the same.
In fact, from time to time, historical revisionists assert that there was no significant hostility nor discrimination against Vietnam Veterans.
At the same time, men, in general, in American society, face their own feminist  pogrom facing the Orwellian "double speak" and "news speak" feminist Bolshevik dogma which asserts: " Women, and minorities, are discriminated against in employment and education and otherwise. That is why they should receive preferential treatment in employment and education and otherwise over men, especially Caucasian men. Men, especially Caucasian men, are not discriminated in employment and education and otherwise. That is why there should not be laws that protect them from discrimination in employment and education and otherwise."
That is the feminist pogrom against men, especially Caucasian men, which was first, with devastating effects,  instituted against returning Vietnam veterans. The other chapters in this book describe in detail the very organized, surreptitious, Machiavellian, authoritarian, subversive, and totalitarian means and ends of the same.
The following quote from Roman Senator, Consul, and philosopher, Marcus Tullius Cicero is appropriate:
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner  openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague."  21.
In order to honor Vietnam Veterans of the USA and it's Allies the following quote is appropriate: Henry V Saint Crispin’s day speech at the Battle of Agincourt (from William Shakespeare’s play):
“And Crispin Crispian shall ne'er go by, From this day to the ending of the world, But we in it shall be remembered- We few, we happy few, we band of brothers; For he to-day that sheds his blood with me Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile, This day shall gentle his condition: And gentlemen in England now a-bed Shall think themselves accurs'd they were not here, And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks That fought with us upon Saint Crispin's day." 22.

Feminist Extremism and Misandry

The general political and military strategy that Bolsheviks (communists) and feminists have used and are currently using are: 1. Terrorism (political correctness in the USA-Political, economic, social, cultural, and legal discrimination and oppression of individuals and/or groups that oppose their totalitarian means and ends); 2. Political indoctrination ( for example, the many women's study groups, clubs, and political organizations in universities, in government, and otherwise); and, 3. Sustained guerilla warfare (in many forms-political, economic, cultural, legal) against the Caucasian European male culture (affirmative action-for example).  "General Giap had studied the military teachings of Mao Zedong, who wrote that political indoctrination, terrorism and sustained guerrilla warfare were prerequisites for a successful revolution." 1.
Repeating what was stated in the chapter on Feminism, the Vietnam War and the Vietnam Veteran in order to provide further back ground for this chapter:

This could only happen because the financial elite, in fact, sponsors Communism." 2.

"Cultural Marxism" and " Political Correctness" have become the norms in the USA and the West in general.
The internet article, "The Origins of Political Correctness" by Bill Lind which appeared in Accuracy in Academia describes and defines both "Political Correctness" and "Cultural Marxism".
A partial quote from the same article states:
"Third, just as in classical economic Marxism certain groups, i.e. workers and peasants, are a priori good, and other groups, i.e., the bourgeoisie and capital owners, are evil. In the cultural Marxism of Political Correctness certain groups are good – feminist women, (only feminist women, non-feminist women are deemed not to exist) blacks, Hispanics, homosexuals. These groups are determined to be “victims,” and therefore automatically good regardless of what any of them do. " Similarly, white males are determined automatically to be evil, thereby becoming the equivalent of the bourgeoisie in economic Marxism." 3..
"Misandry is the hatred or dislike of men or boys. Though the concept is ancient, the word did not appear in most dictionaries until the second half of the 20th century. It was commonly seen as a neologism in the early 1970s. Misandry was formed from the Greek misos (hatred) and andros (man). Misandry is the antonym of philandry, the fondness, love, or admiration of men." 4.
"Julie M. Thompson, a feminist author, connects misandry with envy of men, in particular "penis envy", a term coined by Sigmund Freud in 1908, in his theory of female sexual development." 5.
"Nathanson and Young argued that "ideological feminism" has imposed misandry on culture.  Their 2001 book, Spreading Misandry, analyzed " pop cultural artifacts and productions from the 1990s " from greeting cards for what they considered to be pervasive messages of hatred toward men. Legalizing Misandry (2005), the second in the series, gave similar attention to laws in North America." 6.

Long Quote

" In 2002, pundit Charlotte Hays wrote "that the anti-male philosophy of radical feminism as filtered into the culture at large is incontestable; indeed, this attitude has become so pervasive that we hardly notice it any longer. Wendy McElroy, an individualist feminist, wrote in 2001 that some feminists "have redefined the view of the movement of the opposite sex" as "a hot anger toward men seems to have turned into a cold hatred." She argued it was a misandrist position to consider men, as a class, to be irreformable or rapists. McElroy stated "a new ideology has come to the forefront...radical or gender, feminism," one that has joined hands with [the] political correctness movement that condemns the panorama of western civilization as sexist and racist: the product of 'dead white males'. " 7.
" Religious Studies professors Paul Nathanson and Katherine Young made similar comparisons in their 2001, three-book series,Beyond the Fall of Man, which treats misandry as a form of prejudice and discrimination that has become institutionalized in North American Society." 8.

Long Quote

" Charles E. Corry, Ph.D., in his article."Why Radical Feminists Concern Us." begins by noting the schizophrenic nature of feminism-it is, at its root, a departure from reality. He states, "Feminist theory is an unstable dialectic. Truth, justice, logic, history, scientific evidence, repeatable results, reproducible research, observations of natural phenomenon, all these are simply words to radical feminists. Words that they believe are designed to cover up a monstrous oppression of women under the masks of religion, marriage, and motherhood that cloak the patriarchal family. "Psychologists call this need to have reality match your preconceived notions regardless of the evidence "fantasy thinking." More down-to earth folk call it "building castles in the air."
Therefore, says, Corry, "The only acceptable theories are those that give power to women." Of course, the question remains-once women are "empowered", what will they do with all that power? On my morning walks with my Chow, she occasionally takes off after a passing car, barking with incredible ferocity.  I sometimes mildly rebuke her with the question, "What are you gonna do if you catch that car?" Feminists are left in the same predicament-because since feminism is an ideology capable only of deconstruction, chaos, and destruction,  Then it follows that feminists with the kind of "empowerment" encouraged by their ideology are capable only of tearing down-not rescuing, building up, or making whole.
Corry quotes that aforementioned Dale O'Leary:Feminists "became convinced that the previous Marxist revolutions had failed because they had failed to  target the family. And Corry himself states, "Make no mistake, we are engaged in an epic battle between two incompatible ideologies with fundamental different views of the rights of the individual and the power of the state, with the future of civilization at stake." Emphasis added. So feminism is not about equality-it is rather about warfare; a continuing bitter battle to the death in which the enemy is the family and society. Only when the family is completely destroyed, and society with it, will feminism have accomplished its goals." 9.

End of Long Quote

Then, there is the "The War Against Women" announced by many feminists in many different contexts,
(The following quote refers specifically to a Royal Canadian Commission on Gun Control in the specific context of violence against women, which was published in 1991 as a government report called The War Against Women):

Long Quote

"-------Consequently, all of history can be seen as a conspiracy of men against women, a conspiracy to keep women helpless by threatening them with violence. Almost by definition, women were classified as innocent victims and men as evil oppressors.. Because the rhetorical gauntlet had been thrown down, as it were, everyone had to take this title seriously. Unfortunately, not many questioned its legitimacy in the first place.
Obviously, there was no literal war going on between men and women. ---
Metaphors are analogies, not equations, and on the collective level this metaphor works more effectively in reverse. It could be argued that ideological feminists acting in the name of women have declared war on men.  The former are heavily armed, as it were, with very sophisticated political and academic weapons. They have organized themselves politically in opposition to " the patriarchy." More specifically, they have established a wide variety of organizations to coordinate their efforts and achieve their goals.  They have leaders to represent them. They raise money through private agencies and government bureaucracies. They are proud to acknowledge their affiliations and goals. And, one of these, for a particular group of women, is to establish the idea that men are responsible for virtually all of human suffering. This parallels with ideological wars of the twentieth century, albeit metaphorical ones, are not exactly hard to imagine.
The use of  military language is dangerous, however, because it encourages people to take extreme positions.  Once war is declared, people have no choice but to defend themselves. And once this rhetoric is endorsed by the state, what had been a psychological and moral conflict becomes a legal and political one. But raising stakes is a risky business. The women who proposed this government study wanted to send several messages,  To women they wanted to say, "The best way to defend ourselves as a class is to attack men as a class." To the nation, they wanted to say, "Women are justified in attacking men, because we do so in self defense." To men, however, they wanted to say, "We consider you enemy aliens, and if the best defense is an attack, then so be it. In that context, why should men not take legal steps to protect themselves? Do we really want to move into a situation like that? If not, we will have to abandon the rhetoric of war." 10.

End of Long Quote

Long Quote

"And of course, a cursory consultation of the DSM-IV-TR, the diagnostic manual of professional psychology and psychiatry, reveals in the diagnostic criteria for Antisocial Personality Disorder such character traits as " a pervasive pattern of disregard for an violation of the rights of others...[including] failure to conform to social norms..., deceitfulness.., irritability and aggressiveness.., reckless disregard for the safety of self and others, consistent irresponsibility...[this trait I consider to be the "holy grail" of feminism- the goal toward which feminism as a political philosophy is intended to move all women who imbibe of its teachings],[and] lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to or rationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another."
" Further, " These individuals may blame their victims for being foolish, helpless, or deserving their fate; they may minimize the harmful consequences of their actions; or they may indicate complete indifference.... Individuals with Antisocial Personality Disorder frequently lack empathy and tend to be callous, cynical, and contemptuous of the feelings, rights, and sufferings of others.  They may have an inflated and arrogant self-appraisal.... These individuals may be irresponsible and exploitative in their sexual relationships. They may have a history of many sexual partners and may never have sustained a monogamous relationship. They may be irresponsible as parents...."
Could a more cogent evaluation of feminism have been written if feminism were the conscious object of that evaluation? Does not feminism justify its mistreatment of men with a hearty "they deserve it" for the perceived slights of 200 years ago?  Is anything more callous, cynical, and contemptuous of the feelings, rights, and sufferings of others than the woman who will carve a living child out of her womb or slanderously have a spouse imprisoned for mere convenience's sake? Is more arrogance possible than that contained in the glib assertion,"Women can do whatever men can do!-while simultaneously having standards lowered across the board so that women can qualify? Is anything on earth more exploitative of sexual relationships than the woman who uses the family law system to marry and then divorce-divorcing both herself from a man and a man from his wealth? And many sexual partners-is any comment needed?---
Feminism is incapable of building. It is incapable of making a positive contribution to society because it is, at its root, anti-social. This is a significant principle from many different perspectives. From the political perspective, rest assured that there will never come a day when feminism will actually achieve its goals and will turn to build a better world from the strong foundation of its positive accomplishments.11.

Give the aforementioned, the following is an appropriate quote from William Shakespeare's play, " Julius Caesar":

Long Quote

"BRUTUS

Another general shout!
I do believe that these applauses are
For some new honors that are heaped on Caesar.

CASSIUS

Why,man, he doth bestride the narrow world
Like a Colossus, and we petty men
Walk under his huge legs and peep about
To find ourselves dishonorable graves.
Men at some time are masters of their fates.
The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars
But in ourselves, that we are underlings.
Brutus and Caesar-what should be in that "Caesar"?" 13.

Feminism and Sexuality

This chapter, entitled: "Feminism and Sexuality", like the other chapters of this book, should be considered by the reader in it's interrelationship to the other chapters of this book rather than a separate entity. Further, sexuality is a particularly individual matter with individuals of both genders and of varied political persuasions, including feminists, having varied tastes, political, cultural, ethical, religious, and individual proclivities related to human sexuality. The author presents,in this chapter, however, the general feminist,  political, ethical, and cultural norms related to sexuality.
Within this context, in the USA and much of the West, human sexuality has been intimately related to the feminist movement through laws, customs, and norms which have as their purposes the discriminatory and oppressive promulgation of unjust laws and norms against male sexuality and for female sexuality by a myriad of overt and covert means.

Long Quote

"Human sexuality is the capacity of humans to have  erotic experiences and responses. A person's sexual orientation can influence their sexual interest and attraction for another person. Sexuality may be experienced and expressed in a variety of ways; including thoughts, fantasies, desires, beliefs, attitudes, values, behaviors, practices, roles, and relationships. These may manifest themselves in biological, physical,  emotional,  social, or  spiritual aspects. The biological and physical aspects of sexuality largely concern the  human reproductive functions, including the  human sexual response cycle and the basic biological drive that exists in all species. Physical and emotional aspects of sexuality include bonds between individuals that is expressed through profound feelings or physical manifestations of  love, trust, and care. Social aspects deal with the effects of human society on one's sexuality, while spirituality concerns an individual's spiritual connection with others. Sexuality also affects and is affected by cultural, political, legal, philosophical,  moral,  ethical, and religious aspects of life." 1.

End of Long Quote.

Antisexualism
"Antisexualism is opposition or hostility towards sexual behavior and sexuality. In pre-modern times, antisexual social movements were usually expressed in religious terms; but, they now often have a secular reform agenda. Most antisexual people believe that sexuality is a kind of addiction resulting in both physical and social effects, that it disrupts relationships, and causes people to lie and cheat to achieve the pleasure of sexual gratification. Antisexuals are not necessarily antinatalist so they do not necessarily object to sex for procreation. Some antisexuals believe sexuality to be the cause of many of the world's problems. Antisexuals can, also, be opposed to the idea of romantic love with some describing it as an "addiction to a person." 2.
"The Junior Anti-Sex League in George Orwell's dystopian novel, Nineteen Eighty-Four, was a group of young adult Party members devoted to banning all sexual intercourse and replacing its procreative functions with the use of artificial insemination (children would be raised in public institutions, rather than in individual families). Though the League was founded and countenanced by the all-powerful totalitarian Party, the Party leadership did not allow it to succeed in its goals. However, the existence of the League served as an important public reminder of the Party's disapproval of all attachments and activities which could diminish exclusive loyalty to the Party and that everything other than "normal intercourse between man and wife for the sole purpose of begetting children and without physical pleasure on the part of the woman" was forbidden sexcrime which could be punished by death. 3.
The Feminist Sex Wars

Feminists are not uniform in their approach to sexuality with the debate in question between feminists referred to as the "Feminist Sex Wars." 4.

Long Quote

"Sex-positive feminism, also known as pro-sex feminism, sex-radical feminism, or sexually liberal feminism is a movement that began in the early 1980s that centers on the idea that sexual freedom is an essential component of women's freedom.---
As such, sex-positive feminists oppose legal or social efforts to control sexual activities between consenting adults, whether these efforts are initiated by the government, other feminists, opponents of feminism, or any other institution. They embrace sexual minority groups, endorsing the value of coalition-building with members targeted by sex-negativity. Sex-positive feminism is connected with the sex-positive movement
Gayle Rubin (Rubin, 1984) summarizes the conflict over sex within feminism:
"...There have been two strains of feminist thought on the subject.  One tendency has criticized the restrictions on women's sexual behavior and denounced the high costs imposed on women for being sexually active. This tradition of feminist sexual thought has called for a sexual liberation that would work for women as well as for men.  The second tendency has considered sexual liberalization to be inherently a mere extension of male privilege.  This tradition resonates with conservative, anti-sexual discourse."
The cause of sex-positive feminism brings together anti-censorship activists, LGBT activists, feminist scholars, sex radicals, producers of pornography and erotica, among others (though not all members of these groups are necessarily both feminists and sex-positive people). Sex-positive feminists reject the vilification of male sexuality that they attribute to many radical feminists; and, instead, embrace the entire range of human sexuality. They argue that the patriarchy limits sexual expression and are in favor of giving people of all genders more sexual opportunities rather than restricting pornography (Queen, 1996). Sex-positive feminists generally reject sexual essentialism, defined by (Rubin, 1984) as " the idea tht sex is a natural force that exists prior to social life and shapes institutions." Rather, they see sexual orientation and gender as social constructs that are heavily influenced by society.
Sex-radical feminists, in particular, come to a sex-positive stance from a deep distrust in the patriarchy's ability to secure women's best interest in sexually limiting laws. Other feminists identify women's sexual liberation as the real motive behind the women's movement Naomi Wolf writes, " Orgasm is the body's natural call to feminist politics." Sharon Presley, the National Coordinator of the Association of Libertarian Feminists, writes that in the area of sexuality, the government blatantly discriminates against women.
Authors such as Gayle Rubin (Rubin, 1984) and Wendy McElroy (McElroy, 1995) see the roots of sex-positive feminism in the work of sex reformers and workers for sex education and access to contraception such as Havelock, Ellis, Margaret Sanger, Mary Dennett  and later, Alfred Kinsey and Shere Hite. However, the contemporary incarnation of sex-positive feminism appeared more recently, following the increase in feminist focus on pornography as a source of women's oppression in the 1970s. The rise of second-wave feminism, which began in the 1960s, was concurrent with the sexual revolution and legal rulings that loosened legal restrictions on access to pornography. In the 1970s, radical feminists became increasingly focused on issues around sexuality in a patriarchal society. Some feminist groups began to concern themselves with prescribing what proper feminist sexuality should look like. This was especially characteristic of lesbian separatist groups; but, some heterosexual women's groups, such as Redstockings, became caught up with this issue as well. On the other hand, there were, also, feminists, such Betty Dodson, who saw women's sexual pleasure and masturbation as central to women's liberation. Pornography, however, was not a major issue; radical feminists were, generally, opposed to pornography, but the issue was not treated as especially important until the mid-1970s. (There were, however, feminist prostitutes-rights advocates, such as COYOTE, which campaigned for the decriminalization of prostitution.)
The late 1970s found American culture becoming increasingly concerned about the aftermath of a decade of greater sexual freedom, including concerns about explicit violent and sexual imagery in the media, the mainstreaming of pornography, increased sexual activity among teenagers, and issues such as the dissemination of child pornography and the purported rise of "snuff films". (Critics maintain that this atmosphere amount to a moral panic, which reached its peak in the mid-1980s) These concerns were reflected in the feminist movement, with radical feminist groups claiming that pornography was a central underpinning of patriarchy and and a direct cause of violence against women. Robin Morgan summarized this idea in her statement, "Pornography is the theory; rape the practice."
Andrea Dworkin and Robin Morgan began articulating a vehemently anti-porn stance based in radical feminism beginning in 1974; and, anti-porn feminist groups, such as Women Against Pornography and similar organizations, became highly active in various US cities during the late 1970s. As anti-porn feminists broadened their criticism and activism to include not only pornography, but prostitution and sadomasochism, other feminists became concerned about the direction the movement was taking and grew more critical of anti-porn feminism This included feminist BDSM practitioners (notably Samois), prostitute-rights advocates, and many liberal and anti-authoritarian feminists for whom free speech, sexual freedom, and advocacy of women's agency were central concerns.----
Sex-positive feminists argue that access to pornography is as important women as to men; and, that there is nothing inherently degrading to women about pornography (McElroy, 1996; Strossen, 2000). Anti-pornography feminists, however, disagree often arguing that the very depiction of such acts leads to actual acts being encouraged and committed.
Some sex-positive feminists believe that women and men can have positive experiences as sex workers; and, that where it is illegal, prostitution should be decriminalized They argue that prostitution isn't necessarily bad for women, if prostitutes are treated with respect and if the professions within sex work are de-stigmatized.
Sadomasochism (BDSM) has been criticized by anti porn feminists for eroticizing power and violence and for reinforcing misogyny (Rubin,984). They argue that women who chose to engage in BDSM are making a choice that is ultimately bad for women. Sex-positive feminists argue that consensual BDSM activities are enjoyed by many women and validate these women's sexual inclinations. They argue that feminists should not attack other women's sexual desires as being "anti-feminist" or internalizing oppression; and, that there is no connection between consensual sexually kinky activities and sex crimes.
Sex-positive feminists believe that accepting the validity of all sexual orientations is necessary in order to allow women full sexual freedom.  Rather than distancing themselves from homosexuality and bisexuality because they fear it will hurt mainstream acceptance of feminism, sex-positive feminists believe that women's liberation cannot be achieved without also promoting acceptance of homosexuality and bisexuality.
Some feminists have criticized transgender women (male-to-female) as men attempting to appropriate female identity while retaining male privilege and transgender men (female-to-male) as women who reject solidarity with their gender.  One of the main exponents of this point of view is Janice Raymond (Raymond,1979).
Sex-positive feminists support the right of all individuals to determine their own gender and promote gender fluidity as one means for achieving gender equality.---
There is a debate among sex-positive feminists about whether statutory rape laws are a form of sexism. ---
The argument that is brought by some sex-positive feminists against these statutory rape laws is that they were made with non-gender neutral intentions and are presently enforced as such with the assumption that teenage girls are naive and nonsexual and need to be protected.---
In "Sex-Bias Topics in the Criminal Law Course: A Survey of Criminal Law Professors" 24 U. Mich. J.L. Ref. 189 (1990), it is said: "Other feminists are opposed to or ambivalent about strengthening statutory rape statutes because such protection also precludes a  young woman from entering a consensual relationship to which she may be competent to consent. These feminists view statutory rape laws as more controlling than protective--and of course part of the law's historic role was protecting the female's chastity as valuable property." She, also, noted that, at that time, in some states the previous sexual experience of a teenager could be used as a defense by one accused of statutory rape. She argued that this showed that the laws were intended to protect ideals of chastity rather than issues of consent.
Works that critique sex-positive feminism include those of Catharine MacKinnon (1987), Germaine Greer (1999), Pamela Paul (2005), and essays by Dorchen Liedholdt (1990), among others. Their main arguments are that certain sexual practices (such as prostitution and pornography) are exploitative toward women and have historically benefited men rather than women, and that thus, the indiscriminate promotion of all kinds of sexual practices merely contributes to female oppression. " 5.

Prostitution Should Be Legalized, Taxed, and Regulated
The YouTube presentation supporting the legalization of prostitution entitled: "Benefits of Legal Prostitution-MGTOW" by Sandman provides good arguments and facts supporting the legalization of prostitution. 6.
Another good on line article in support of legalizing prostitution, by Teresa Smith, is entitled: "Legalizing Prostitution: A Step Towards Freedom". 7. The URL of this article is:  http://www.szasz.com/undergraduate/Smith.html .
The following arguments in favor of legalizing prostitution are the author's opinion. The need for sexual satisfaction is a basic human need. As such, laws which prohibit adult individuals who wish to freely and without compulsion engage in sex without or without compensation from fulfilling that basic need amount to oppressive conduct amounting to a violation of basic human rights.
Ecclesiastical arguments against the same lack logical validity. Those that state that sexuality, especially male sexuality, is basically evil only demonstrate their sexual bigotry.
The reality is that marriage is the West amounts to a form of covert prostitution with women seeking wealthy men to marry. Women seek men who are wealthy to further their social, cultural, political, economic goals and promise to supply sex for them if men do the same.
Prostitution is a more honest and direct form of sexual exchange. Part of the opposition by women to legalizing prostitution is "sexual unionism" by women who hope to enhance their social, cultural, political, and economic status by limiting sexual opportunities to men.
Feminists are divided on the issue of the legalizing of prostitution. Some favor the legalization of prostitution (The National Organization for Women favors legalizing). Other feminist and feminist groups oppose it (this controversy over legalization within the feminist movement has been referred to as "the feminist wars.).
Logical, ethical, and legal inconsistencies within the West indicate that the criminalization of prostitution is intimately related to female socio-cultural-economic-political privilege and the oppression of men that exists along a continuum of discriminatory laws, customs, and norms.
The legalization of prostitution should be seen as ethically, legally, socially, and culturally a fundamental right for both men and women.
Given the aforementioned, prostitution should be legalized, regulated, and taxed.
Men's Rights and Human Sexuality
Many men's rights advocates have asserted that men should have their sexual rights restored and enhanced.
An on line article entitled "Anti-Feminist Theory of Men's Rights, Male Sexuality, Feminism" (Posted on November 17, 2012) delineates some reasonable demands in this regard. 8. The author of this book may not agree with all of the recommendations presented in this on line post. A partial quote from the same lists these demands follows:

Long Quote

" An end to the criminalization of male sexuality.  Whilst we recognise that new technology sometimes requires legislation to be modified in order to protect the vulnerable from new threats, it must also be recognised that a ‘legislative creep’ is taking place, based primarily on moral panics and media manipulation, that appears to have no end, and which will ultimately lead to crimes against humanity (if it has not already done so). The criminalization of Sexual Trade Unionism. We demand that it should be recognised that sex laws that benefit the makers and promoters of those laws – whether financially, sexually, psychologically, or otherwise – be subjected to intense objective and independent scrutiny.  We demand further that if those laws that may have sprung from a selfish motive are found to be lobbied for on the basis of any lies or exaggerations, the individuals concerned be punished severely by law for ‘Sexual Trade Unionism’.  Another way of expressing this demand is the desire that it be made a criminal offence to exploit the vulnerability or sexuality of a child or young person for the financial, sexual, or psychological gain of an adult under the guise of ‘child protection’. The right to anonymity of those men (and women) accused of sex crimes. This basic demand simply recognises the transparent fact that sex crimes are unique in that the mere public accusation can destroy a man’s life, even if he subsequently be found innocent, and that this represents not only a manifest injustice but may also serve as a motive for such false accusations in itself. A false accuser should face the same punishment as the accused would face if found guilty of the alleged crime. A ‘false accuser’ register should be set up – as long as a sex offenders register exists, so should a register for women who make false allegations against men. An end to the ‘sex offenders register’, and it’s replacement (if a replacement is needed) with a ‘violent offenders register’.  This recognises that the focus and obsession with sex offences, many of which are non-violent, as compared with violent offences, is a projection of female values upon the world that is only possible because of the  disregard and disposability of male needs and values.  It is noted that repeated studies confirm that most abuse of children is physical and carried out by the child’s mother.  It is also noted that studies also repeatedly demonstrate that non-violent sex offenders are less recidivist than violent non-sexual offenders. A limit of statutations upon all sex crimes. (statue of limitations in the USA)  Sex offences are the most subject to the passing hysterias and fads of society, as well as the scope for re-interpretation by individual victims over years and decades.  Therefore, it is manifestly wrong to allow the possibility that a man can be judged for a historical offence by a different era, and by essentially a different women (or man) than the original ‘victim’, and even face a different and much harsher punishment than if he had been tried soon after the original offence. The right of two adults to engage in paid for sexual transactions to be enshrined in law. It should be recognised as a fundamental human right in a democratic and free society to be able to question the laws that govern society without fear of persecution or prosecution.  This is particularly true in regard to sex laws, given that it is these laws that feminists want to outlaw criticism of in particular, and also because, as previously mentioned, such laws are most likely to be relative in fact to the particular moral fads and hysterias of society.  The recognition that if these fascist laws restricting the right to even question the law had existed even half a century ago, we would likely still be performing crimes against humanity – for example executing and/or castrating homosexuals such as Alan Turing." 9.

An appropriate quote from William Shakespeare's play, "As You Like It" Act II, Scene VII,:
" All the world's a stage,  And all the men and women merely players.  They have their exits and their entrances,  And one man in his time plays many parts,  His acts being seven ages.  At first the infant, Mewling and puking in the nurse's arms.  Then, the whining school-boy with his satchel and shining morning face, creeping like snail Unwillingly to school.  And then the lover,Sighing like furnace, with a woeful ballad Made to his mistress' eyebrow.  Then, a soldier,  Full of strange oaths, and bearded like the pard, Jealous in honour, sudden, and quick in quarrel, Seeking the bubble reputation Even in the cannon's mouth. And then, the justice,In fair round belly, with a good capon lined, With eyes severe, and beard of formal cut, Full of wise saws, and modern instances, And so he plays his part.  The sixth age shifts Into the lean and slippered pantaloon, With spectacles on nose and pouch on side, His youthful hose, well saved, a world too wide For his shrunk shank, and his big manly voice,  Turning again toward childish treble, pipes And whistles in his sound.  Last scene of all,That ends this strange eventful history,Is second childishness and mere oblivion, Sans teeth, sans eyes, sans taste, sans everything."   10.

Feminism and National Defense

National Defense is now defined in terms of National Security.

Long Quote:

"National security is a concept that a government, along with its parliaments, should protect the state and its citizens against all kind of "national" crises through a variety of power projections, such as  political power, diplomacy,  economic power, military might, and so on.

The concept developed mostly in the  United States after  World War II. Initially focusing on military might, it now encompasses a broad range of facets, all of which impinge on the non-military or economic security of the nation and the values espoused by the national society. Accordingly, in order to possess national security, a nation needs to possess  economic security,  energy security,  environmental security, etc. Security threats involve not only conventional foes such as other  nation-states but also non-state actors such as  violent non-state actors, narcotic cartels,  multinational corporations and  non-governmental organizations; some authorities include  natural disasters and events causing severe environmental damage in this category.

Measures taken to ensure national security include:

using  diplomacy to rally allies and isolate threats
marshalling economic power to facilitate or compel cooperation
maintaining effective armed forces
implementing  civil defense and  emergency preparedness measures (including  anti-terrorism legislation)
ensuring the resilience and redundancy of  critical infrastructure
using intelligence services to detect and defeat or avoid threats and  espionage, and to protect  classified information
using  counterintelligence services or secret police to protect the nation from internal threats" 1.

End of Long Quote

The general political and military strategy that Bolsheviks (communists) and feminists have used and are currently using are: 1. Terrorism (political correctness in the USA-Political, economic, social, cultural, and legal discrimination and oppression of individuals and/or groups that oppose their totalitarian means and ends; 2. Political indoctrination ( for example, the many women's study groups, clubs, and political organizations in universities, in government, and otherwise); and, 3. Sustained guerilla warfare (in many forms-political, economic, cultural, legal) against the Caucasian European male culture (affirmative action-for example). "General Giap had studied the military teachings of Mao Zedong, who wrote that political indoctrination, terrorism and sustained guerrilla warfare were prerequisites for a successful revolution." 2.
"Cultural Marxism" and " Political Correctness" have become the norm in the USA and the West in general.
The internet article, "The Origins of Political Correctness" by Bill Lind which appeared in Accuracy in Academia, describes and defines both "Political Correctness" and "Cultural Marxism".  The URL for the web page for this article is: http://www.academia.org/the-origins-of-political-correctness/ A partial quote from the same article states:
"Third, just as in classical economic Marxism certain groups, i.e. workers and peasants, are a priori good, and other groups, i.e., the bourgeoisie and capital owners, are evil. In the cultural Marxism of Political Correctness certain groups are good – feminist women, (only feminist women, non-feminist women are deemed not to exist) blacks, Hispanics, homosexuals. These groups are determined to be “victims,” and therefore automatically good regardless of what any of them do. Similarly, white males are determined automatically to be evil, thereby becoming the equivalent of the bourgeoisie in economic Marxism." 3.
The XIX (19th) Amendment to the U.S. Constitution (1920) which gave women the right to vote did not contemplate women being required, as a requisite of this right, to perform mandatory military service inclusive of combat duty.
However, in effect, this amendment has given women an electoral majority in the U.S.A. over men that has been increasing.
As per a quote from the Chapter of this book of Government and Feminism:  "Male voting rates have declined sharply since the mid-1960s i.e. the beginning of the Matriarchal social and political construct (feminism).  "Between the 1964 and 2000 Presidential elections, the male voting rate declined from 72 to 53 percent." 4..  Because the USA has a winner take all, bought, and gerrymandered form of electoral representation, the female absolute and electoral majority has a disproportionately adverse affect on male political representation, male rights, and male equality.
"Essentially and unfortunately our essential natures are personified within the political system and further reinforced by the dominate female 54-56% majority vote.
Through this model provision to females becomes dually compounded. The system essentially becomes matrifocal, gynocentric and Matriarchal." 5.
The aforementioned makes American men and the men of other democratic nations virtual slaves to the aforementioned feminist electoral majority's foreign policy, military, and defense related objectives and means.
" In 1971 in the United States, draft resisters initiated a class-action suit alleging that male only conscription violate men's rights to equal protection under the US Constitution. When the case reached the United States Supreme Court in 1981, they were supported by a men's rights group and multiple women's groups including the National Organization for Women. However, the Supreme Court upheld the Military Selective Service Act stating that "the argument for registering women was based on considerations of equity, but Congress was entitled, in the exercise of it's Constitutional powers, to focus on the question of military need, rather than equity." 6.
This, in itself, is EXTREMELY unjust, oppressive, and discriminatory towards men.
Should women and minorities have preference in employment, education, and other wise over returning war veterans, inclusive of combat veterans?
Our nation and our government determined, by law and custom that they should.
This is what returning Vietnam Veterans faced.
Should Vietnam Veterans, in fact, be actively discriminated against in employment, education, and otherwise?
Yes, this is what our nation and our government determined, by law, and custom that they should.
The image of the aggressive feminist associating with long haired effeminate base men for the purpose of denigrating returning Vietnam Veterans and all men of character remains a shameful part of our current and past history and culture. The very organized, aggressive, demeaning, unprincipled, discriminatory  and sexist attacks on returning Vietnam Veterans in the late 1960's and early 1970's by feminists set the pattern for the aggressive, unprincipled, organized, and discriminatory attacks by feminists on men subsequent to the same.
In other words, the most efficacious means for feminists to obtain their misandric goals is to DESTROY those that oppose them or that they perceive as having the character and/or motivation to do the same.
In this author's opinion, the fact that women were not required to serve in the military nor the combat arms, although they had the same right to vote as these men who sacrificed so much, encouraged an arrogant, predatory, demeaning, exploitative, and discriminatory attitude towards Vietnam Veterans.
Further, the fact that women and others, although they do not have to serve in the military, are the electoral majority results in the fact that this same majority unjustly determines when this nation goes to war, how the war is to be fought, and how the returning veteran is to be treated.
This results in the initiation of unwise and unnecessary wars, unwise military strategies, the oppressive exploitation of those in the military, and the initiation of wars motivated by the selfish and unjust motives of this feminist electoral majority.
The fact that the U.S. government and the U.S. Congress did not issue a formal declaration of war against North Vietnam indicates a lack of reasonable support for those American servicemen fighting that war and a lack of respect for these same men.
The failure to issue a formal declaration of war by the US Congress during the War in Vietnam, set the premises for the eventual defeat of the US and Allied military and other efforts in South Vietnam.
Should an electoral majority, which, by law, is determined to be too weak or base to serve in the military, inclusive of the combat arms and/or is unwilling and/or unable to serve in such a capacity, have the right to determine when and how a nation is to engage in military operations, inclusive of war, and how the returning veteran is to be treated?
Of course not.
Our present system gives the electoral majority that does not serve, women and others, the means and motive to exploit and denigrate men who serve in the military.
Again, this was exemplified in the War in Vietnam and the hostile, insulting, and discriminatory treatment that Vietnam Veterans received by these same individuals and groups, women and others, which were exempt from and/or avoided said service and who, at the same time, demanded and received preferential treatment in employment, education, and law over returning Vietnam veterans, even combat veterans.
In today's United State's military, women receive preferential treatment over men with lower standards and fewer service requirements than men by law.
Women demanded from their political representatives that they should receive this preferential treatment. Their unprincipled political representatives yielded to these unjust discriminatory demands despite the extremely deleterious affect the same had on the capabilities of the armed forces of the United States.
Further, feminists and others in the military have launched a virtual war on men in the military through wide spread hysterical  false accusations of sexual assaults, rapes, and other illegal acts against women.
These lies and slanders are supported by the establishment media and unethical politicians.
The result has been and continues to be a virtual feminist political purge from the U.S. Military of some of our most loyal, courageous, and efficacious military leaders.
The intent of these feminist diatribes is to further discriminatory favoritism of women in the military while promulgating systematic discrimination against men in the military.
Feminists and their supporters have utilized the same strategy in other occupations virtually driving most men out of certain occupations.
The remaining few men  in these same occupations tend to be male feminists, effeminate, emasculated and/or gay.
Defending and supporting laws and customs which make men second class citizens in their own nation is not patriotic.
It is not honorable but dishonorable to defend a nation that treats you in a dishonorable fashion.
There has been a repeated pattern, since the War in Vietnam, of exploiting the military, then denigrating the veteran, and then granting preferential treatment to those individuals and groups who are unable and/or unwilling to serve in the U.S. military, especially the combat arms.
This unjust and predatory pattern is likely to continue unless electoral representation, the right to vote, is reasonably associated with military duty, especially mandatory military duty, the military draft.
Men should refuse to serve in the military in the USA and other nations unless there is a reasonable correlation between military service, especially mandatory military service (the military draft) and electoral representation (the right to vote) and until those other republican principles (equal rights and equal responsibilities for all citizens-no more affirmative action)  are restored.
Again, this same electoral majority, unwilling and/or unable to serve in the U.S. Military, granted itself preference by law and custom in employment, education, the law, the receipt of social services and by other means, both overt and covert, EVEN OVER RETURNING COMBAT VETERANS.
The aforementioned results in an abusive, offensive, denigrating, oppressive, and discriminatory attitude by American women not only towards American military veterans but towards all men, especially men who demonstrate the traditional male virtues. This aggressive and unprincipled attack on returning Vietnam Veterans,  was merely the initial assault on those American men, by feminists, both male and female,  who demonstrated any of the traditional male virtues.
It continues in all spheres of American life.
American women have found it to be politically, economically, socially, and culturally advantageous for them to form alliances with base and weak men for the purpose of dominating and exploiting men who have the traditional male virtues. As per the experience of the returning Vietnam Veteran, the same alliance continues to this date with the result that the traditional male culture in the U.S.A. has been destroyed. No wonder that men from foreign countries routinely laugh at the effeminate nature of American men who have been degraded out of fear, obedience, and the shame of being men from our women who have made to feel guilty for just being men.
Metrosexual, base, and effeminate men have become de rigeur, welcomed, nourished, made safe, and have become "politically correct' in American Society and in the eyes of the law. Manly behavior is NOT. Every single foreign war the U.S.A. has entered into in the past 50 years has progressively been less and less effective.  The U.S.A. no longer seems able to win a difficult war with decisiveness and efficiency. The military justice system, in the name of "political correctness", has run amok, where even the most base, lying, evil, insecure, mercenary, violent, and selfish women, some of whom have been officially proven to be so, can easily destroy good soldiers of proven great courage, great character, great patriotism, honor, and respect.
With significantly fewer men graduating from college relatively and absolutely due to affirmative action and other programs giving preferential treatment to women and minorities, there will be significantly fewer educated men available to meet the leadership and other requisites for modern warfare and today's armed forces.
Refer to the chapter on "Feminism's Effect on the Education System" for a further detailed analysis of the same.
Further, as the male virtues, men's rights, men's liberties, and men's individual and collective dignity are under aggressive attack by feminists and others, American men will  increasingly, relatively and absolutely, be unwilling and/or unable to serve in the U.S. Military.
The following is a partial quote in support of the aforementioned from an online Time.com article by Nolan Feeney dated June 29, 2014 entitled " Pentagon: 7 in 10 Youths Would Fail to Qualify for Military Service': " Only 1% of  young people are both 'eligible and inclined to have conversation with' the military about possible service, according to the Defense Department. 'The quality of people willing to serve has been declining rapidly,' Major General Allen Batschelet, the U.S. Army Recruiting Command's commanding general, told the WSJ." 8.
The American military, itself, will be increasingly composed of women and others who are unwilling and/or unable to serve in combat due to "politically correct" norms.
Our armed forces may be no match psychologically, emotionally, physically, intellectually and/or spiritually in war for most men of foreign nations because of the aforementioned.
The excellent books entitled "Weak Link: The Feminization of the American Military" 9.  and "Women in the Military: Flirting with Disaster" 10.  by Brian Mitchell further argue that women have had a profoundly disruptive and negative effect on the fighting capabilities of the American armed forces.
An online National Review article by Mike Fredenburg, dated July 15, 2015, entitled: " Putting Women in Combat Is Even a Worse Idea than You'd Think", discusses the adverse effects on national defense of having women in the U.S. Military. The following is an partial quote from the same:

Long Quote

"The push to put women into combat is driven by an extreme, reality-challenged form of feminism. Unfortunately, its influence in the media, the entertainment industry, the universities, and politics has given it a tremendous base of political power that extends into the heart of the military. Jude Eden notes: "In my experience, feminism and political correctness are so prevalent in the military that men trip over themselves trying to ensure that they do not offend. Military leaders cannot afford to even think the truth: Women are not as strong, athletic men are: "Officers in the military understand that speaking honestly about the problems of women in combat can be a career-ender, while putting gender-diversity goals ahead of everything else can be a career-accelerator." 11.

End of Long Quote
There are other excellent books which further argue that women in the US Military have had an extremely adverse effect on the same.
A YouTube video entitled: "Starship Troopers- the Failure of Democracy" provides a very dramatic and meaningful argument for the proposition that the right to vote should be reasonably related to military service. 12.

The following is a partial quote from Book 2 Chapter IX of Aristotle's Book,Politics, which reiterates much of the aforementioned:

Long Quote

"As to the indulging of women in any particular liberties, it is hurtful to the end of government and the prosperity of the city; for as a man and his wife are the two parts of a family, if we suppose a city to be divided into two parts, we must allow that the number of men and women will be equal.
In whatever city then the women are not under good regulations, we must look upon one half of it as not under the restraint of law, as it there happened; for the legislator, desiring to make his whole city a collection of warriors with respect to the men, he most evidently accomplished his design; but in the meantime the women were quite neglected, for they live without restraint in every improper indulgence and luxury. So that in such a state riches will necessarily be in general esteem, particularly if the men are governed by their wives, which has been the case with many a brave and warlike people except the Celts, and those other nations, if there are any such, who openly practise pederasty. And the first mythologists seem not improperly to have joined Mars and Venus together; for all nations of this character are greatly addicted either to the love of women or of boys, for which reason it was thus at Lacedaemon; and many things in their state were done by the authority of the women. For what is the difference, if the power is in the hands of the women, or in the hands of those whom they themselves govern? it must turn to the same account. As this boldness of the women can be of no use in any common occurrences, if it was ever so, it must be in war; but even here we find that the Lacedaemonian women were of the greatest disservice, as was proved at the time of the Theban invasion, when they were of no use at all, as they are in other cities, but made more disturbance than even the enemy.
The origin of this indulgence which the Lacedaemonian women enjoy is easily accounted for, from the long time the men were absent from home upon foreign expeditions  against the Argives, and afterwards the Arcadians and Messenians, so that, when these wars were at an end, their military life, in which there is no little virtue, prepared them to obey the precepts of their law-giver; but we are told, that when Lycurgus endeavoured also to reduce the women to an obedience to his laws, upon their refusal he declined it. It may indeed be said that the women were the causes of these things, and of course all the fault was theirs. But we are not now considering where the fault lies, or where it does not lie, but what is right and what is wrong; and when the manners of the women are not well regulated, as I have already said, it must not only occasion faults which are disgraceful to the state, but also increase the love of money. In the next place, fault may be found with his unequal division of property, for some will have far too much, others too little; by which means the land will come into few hands, which business is badly regulated by his laws. For he made it infamous for any one either to buy or sell their possessions, in which he did right; but he permitted any one that chose it to give them away, or bequeath them, although nearly the same consequences will arise from one practice as from the other. It is supposed that near two parts in five of the whole country is the property of women, owing to their being so often sole heirs, and having such large fortunes in marriage; though it would be better to allow them none, or a little, or a certain regulated proportion. Now every one is permitted to make a woman his heir if he pleases; and if he dies intestate, he who succeeds as heir at law gives it to whom he pleases. From whence it happens that although the country is able to support fifteen hundred horse and thirty thousand foot, the number does not amount to one thousand.
And from these facts it is evident, that this particular is badly regulated; for the city could not support one shock, but was ruined for want of men."  13.

End of Long Quote

"When a nation shows a civilized horror of war, it receives directly the punishment of it's mistake. God changes its sex, despoils it of its common mark of virility, changes it into a feminine nation and sends conquerors to ravish its honor." 14.

In honor of America's veterans the following is a quote from Homer's "Iliad":
" But when Aurora, daughter of the Dawn, Redden'd the east, then, thronging forth, all Troy Encompass'd noble Hector's pile around. The whole vast multitude convened, with wine. They quench'd the pile throughout, leaving no part Unvisited, on which the fire had seized. His brothers, next, collected, and his friends,His white bones, mourning, and with tears profuse Watering their cheeks; then in a golden urn They placed them, which with mantles soft they veil'd Mæonian-hued, and, delving, buried it,And overspread with stones the spot adust. Lastly, short time allowing to the task,They heap'd his tomb, while, posted on all sides,Suspicious of assault, spies watch'd the Greeks. The tomb once heap'd, assembling all again Within the palace, they a banquet shared Magnificent, by godlike Priam given." Such burial the illustrious Hector found." 15.

"There is a rank due to the United States, among nations, which will be withheld, if not absolutely lost, by the reputation of weakness. If we desire to avoid insult, we must be able to repel it; if we desire to secure peace, one of the most powerful instruments of our rising prosperity, it must be known that we are at all times ready for war."  President George Washington 16. “It is not indeed consistent with reason or justice that one set of men should make a sacrifice of property, domestic ease, and happiness; encounter the rigors of the field, the perils and vicissitude of war, without some adequate compensation, to obtain those blessings which every citizen will enjoy in common with them. It must be a comfortless reflection to any man, that, after he may have contributed to secure the rights of his country, at the risk of his life, and the ruin of his fortune, there will be no provision made to prevent himself and his family, from sinking into indigence and wretchedness.”“With these and other arguments, General Washington recommended, in addition to present compensation, a half pay and pensionary establishment for the army.” “Life of George Washington”, Vol.2, p. 394, John Marshall. “A long and continued sacrifice of individual interest for the general good ought not,” he said,” to be expected or required. The nature of man must be changed, before institutions built on the presumptive truth of such a principled can succeed.” “Life of George Washington”, Vol.2, p. 393, John Marshall. 17.
